Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Holistic Psychotherapy
Our mind, body, emotions, and soul are interconnected aspects of who we are. Holistic psychotherapy can give you new perspectives and tools to help you find more fulfillment in your relationships, move through life transitions, heal past wounds, and grow beyond limiting patterns to find new, more enlivened ways of being in the world. It’s more than talk therapy…
It’s important to have a place to say how you feel, to sort things out, to put words to feelings, and to truly be listened to, without judgment. What gets left out much of the time, however, is our bodily experience. Our bodies are engaged constantly in how we think, what we believe about ourselves and the world, how we feel, and how we act. Working bodily is powerful because it brings us directly to what is true for us in the present time, taking us out of stories and limiting beliefs.

Through KAP, many people have been helped with depression, anxiety, and PTSD, among other mental health concerns. Ketamine can help increase self-compassion and compassion for others, and help you see things from a new perspective.
Ketamine has been shown to increase brain plasticity, meaning, there is great potential for new neural networks to be formed, including those that help you reorganize your stories and beliefs.

When we move outside of our usual cognitive, linear ways of talking and thinking, and open ourselves to the deeper voices inside of us that are often hidden away, new perspectives emerge that give us new insight into ourselves and we can even have some fun along the way.

CLIENT REVIEWS
Carrie is an amazing therapist. I went to her for ketamine-assisted therapy for my PTSD. It was nothing short of a miracle — it drastically changed my life and put me on a life-long inner healing journey ever since. She is so compassionate, a true empath, and really cares about her patients/clients. She gave me a safe space when I couldn’t find one. Thank you, Carrie.

I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to explore KAP with Carrie as my therapist. She is a fantastic resource. This was my first time in this type of therapy, although I’ve been in talk therapy for years. I really appreciated how comfortable she made me feel throughout the entire process. Her space is extremely comfortable and her energy was so welcoming- it made what could have been an intimidating experience much more organic. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking to explore alternative therapies. I was able to accomplish all of my goals and more, and I know this was in part due Carrie’s amazing support.
